Sunday Evening Adirondack Eye Candy Dessert

Adirondack Fall Foliage 9-29-13

Fall color has peaked here at Adirondack Lifestyle Headquarters. In my humble layperson’s opinion, the leaves went to brown rather quickly this year. I attribute this to dry conditions, although this statement is entirely an educated guess because I am not a scientist. The good news is dry conditions have created excellent hiking.  Although we’ve enjoyed more colorful years, the weather for Autumn 2013 in the Adirondacks has been delightful.

Wow! We still have a lot of green down on Long Island, with the occasional hint of orange.
