Taking the Cure in the Adirondacks

Yesterday, after many days of many hours of meetings, I had no choice but to get out of town for a trail run; my kind of cure. There has been a ton of press recently about how important and healing it is for humans to disconnect and spend time in nature. Naturally, I am pleased to see the stories since we all know how much I love it when someone else pays money to scientifically prove something that just make sense to me. Such as, “Children who play outside sleep well at night.”
I only had one and we all figured it out pretty quickly.
In any case, I have been so busy doing what I love, that I have almost neglected what allows me to do that so well. That of course, is being able to “take the cure in the Adirondacks.”
Please enjoy this video which shows an integral part of the cure, resting at Marcy Dam, in the Adirondack High Peaks.
